Payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Personal checks are accepted but must first clear the bank before any products will be shipped.

Sales Tax: If you live out of the state of Massachusetts no sales tax will be added. Massachusetts residents will be charged 5% Massachusetts sales tax.

Shipments: All orders will be shipped within two (2) working days after receiving the order. In the event we do not have the item in stock, we will inform you of when the item will ship.

Shipping Policy: All orders of $100 dollars or greater will be shipped free of charge to the purchaser, in the continental USA only. Orders under $100 dollars will be shipped via UPS ground.

Warranties: All of our machines carry the standard factory guarantees and warranties. You can choose to contact the authorized dealer nearest you. If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that particular brand to repair your machine that is under warranty, you may send the product back to us and we will repair it for you. We do not warranty user damage. The purchaser will pay the freight back to us and if it is a warranty issue we will reimburse the shipping charges and send it back free of charge.

Return Policy: All products on our Web Site come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to love your vacuum! If you decide for any reason that you don’t like the item you purchased you can return the product to us. The purchaser will pay for the freight back to the Back Door Vacuum Shop. The product must be returned complete with all original items, packing materials, and cartons, and in it's original new condition. All products returned are subject to a conditional inspection. Please call for a Return Authorization Code and instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.

Refunds: If a refund is requested, we will issue credit on the credit card that you used to purchase the product. If you paid with a check card, cashiers check, money order, or personal check, we will issue a company check as a refund. All refunds will be given out within two (2) business days of the return of the product. No refunds will be issued until the product is returned to us. Products must be returned within thirty-(30) days of the purchase. Please Note: Do not accept your shipment if the package shows signs of damage.
